UNDERSTANDING MERKABA
Everything is Merkaba and it comes into manifestation through the circulatory energy circulation system, It literally is a circulatory system by which the energy, the Primal light currents, get moved into your core template Kathara grid, your DNA templates and your Shields. Essentially when we work with merkaba we're working with the body's core energy Shields. The merkaba are carriers of consciousness engines of energy, so if you feel low in energy do some Merkaba spins.
